Borlaug Scholar - The Norman E. Borlaug International Agricultural Science and Technology Fellowship Program works to promote food security and economic growth by providing training and collaborative research opportunities to fellows from developing and middle-income countries. Joesph Taraba has hosted two USDA Borlaug fellows from Mexico who studied composting. The current fellow is Dr. Mario Cuchillo Hilario, a Medical Research Scientist at the Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Medicas y Nutrición Salvador Aubiran in Mexico.
